Who is this service designed for?
Homeowners, relocating families, principals, family offices, and second-home owners who need reliable residence operations, thoughtful preparation, and discreet coordination.
What determines the monthly management fee?
Residence size, number of properties, visit frequency, staff and vendor complexity, travel, reporting, and on-call expectations. The displayed $6,500 monthly figure is a starting point.
Is housekeeping included?
Péché Mignon Homes provides residence management and lifestyle coordination. Housekeeping may be coordinated or supervised when it is part of an agreed operating scope.
How are privacy and access protected?
Only information needed for the authorized service is used. Access procedures, reporting, vendors, and confidentiality expectations are confirmed before work begins. NDA-ready engagement is available.
What is the assessment cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment for a refund. With less notice, one reschedule within 30 days may be requested, subject to availability.
