Péché Mignon Homes respects the privacy of clients, household members, guests, and professional partners. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver agreed services.

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, service location, timing, and details about the support you are requesting. Please do not send access codes, financial account information, or other highly sensitive household information by ordinary email.

How information is used

Website inquiries are stored in a private business database for the owner to review and respond to. Submitting the form does not send an automatic confirmation email. We also store a date-based hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions; the form does not store the raw connection address. Hosting providers may maintain technical security logs.

Information is used to answer inquiries, arrange consultations, prepare service agreements, coordinate authorized services, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Discretion and service partners

Household information is handled with discretion. Information may be shared with a vendor or professional only when needed for an authorized service and only to the extent necessary.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Péché Mignon Homes does not receive or store complete card numbers. Email, website-hosting, and payment providers may process limited information according to their own privacy terms and only to support the requested business function.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry and client records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, accounting, and security purposes. California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Website analytics

Basic technical information may be processed to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not use this website to collect access codes or highly sensitive household information.
