This website provides general information about Péché Mignon Homes. It does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability, pricing, results, or acceptance of an engagement.

Services and pricing

The Residence Assessment is offered at the fixed price displayed at checkout. Ongoing-management prices are starting points. Final scope, fees, retainers, schedules, third-party costs, and cancellation terms for continuing or custom services are confirmed in a written service agreement.

Payments

Residence Assessments may be reserved through the secure Stripe checkout linked from this website. Continuing management and custom projects are invoiced only after scope and terms are confirmed. A Residence Assessment does not guarantee acceptance of an ongoing engagement.

Residence Assessment terms

The assessment includes a private pre-visit confirmation, a focused residence review of up to 90 minutes, and a written operating-priority summary delivered within three business days. Service is subject to location, access, safety, and scheduling confirmation. If Péché Mignon Homes cannot accept the assessment, the payment will be refunded.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment for a refund. With less than 48 hours' notice, the fee is nonrefundable, but one reschedule may be requested within 30 days, subject to availability. Travel or third-party costs approved in advance are not refundable once incurred.

Intellectual property

The Péché Mignon name, presentation, copy, and original materials on this website may not be copied or used without written permission.
